CDS advanced technology bv hereby disclaims all other warranties relating to its products, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. CDS advanced technology bv will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even if CDS advanced technology bv or an agent of them has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall CDS advanced technology bv be liable for any damages, regardless of the form of the claim. The person using the product bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the product.
Warranty
Products made by CDS advanced technology bv have a four year warranty period which applies to the original purchaser of the product. CDS advanced technology bv warrants that this product will be free from defects in title, materials and manufacturing workmanship. If the product is found to be defective, then, as your sole remedy and as the manufacturer's only obligation, CDS advanced technology bv will repair or replace the product provided that you call, FAX or e-mail CDS advanced technology bv for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, that you clearly write this RMA number on the outside of the package, and that you return it, postage prepaid, during the warranty period.
This warranty is exclusive and is limited to CDS advanced technology bv products. This four year warranty shall not apply to CDS advanced technology bv products that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, abnormal electrical or environmental conditions, or any other condition other than what can be considered normal use. The three year warranty period starts at the shipping date of the product.
